Darcy was born and raised in Winnipeg MB and graduated with a degree in office administration. She moved on to working at GWL head office in June 1998 in the Large Case Group Enrollment (Employee Benefits).

Since then she has achieved the following:

ACS Designation (Associate, Customer Service) from Loma – October 2006
AIAA Designation (Associate, Insurance Agency Administration) from Loma – March 2007
The Canadian Investment Funds Operation Course from IFSE – February 2009

Her current role is:

Provide sales support by organizing, completing and facilitating the administrative tasks involved in the day-to-day business operations
Provide premium customer service through constant maintaining of good relationships with the advisor’s clients
Acts as key contact person for advisors and their clients, often handling more complex inquiries
Continuously seeks opportunities to develop efficiencies with the advisors business processes and overall workflow
